Launch Your Dreams uses a Three Stage process with our clients. This is true for one-day trainings, multiple-day programs, or long-term cultural shift initiatives. This established process maximizes the integration and application of training concepts. We work in partnership with you to customize, design, deliver, and support behaviors which align people with organizational objectives without personal sacrifice.

1. Taking a Performance Snapshot
We start by designing a Needs Assessment Process based on the dynamics of your organization and your overall training objectives. The purpose of doing an assessment is to set those involved in the training up for a win. This tool is used to gather critical information and influential perspectives to assist us to determine the gap between current and desired results and conditions. The custom assessment tools can be filled out in less than 15 minutes or facilitated live in one-on-one meetings with key players. There can also be a series of diversified focus groups depending on the size of the initiative or undertow inside the organization against achieving the training objectives. Next, we customize your training based on your objectives and the results from your assessment.

2. Leveraging Your Existing Talents and Resources
The training is a vehicle to leverage the talents and resources already existing within your organization. We offer powerful and practical models, skills, and experiences beneficial to people from many diverse industries. Launch Your Dreams uses Accelerated Learning strategies to create a safe and stimulating environment that accommodates all learning styles. 3. Reinforcing and Integrating Concepts, Tools, and Skills
As part of our service, Launch Your Dreams provides a follow-up session designed to leverage your training investment. We review key concepts and tools from training, evaluate training impact, and prioritize next steps. This session also includes reinforcement ideas to ensure the continued implementation of training concepts.
