Ruth is a passionate and inquisitive woman committed to living fully and supporting others in living their best life. She is a Truth Activator.
From her work in holistic counseling she knows that each person is a system of mental thinking, emotions, body, and Spirit. By attending to our whole being, our essential nature or Truth is revealed and can then fully express and participate in all aspects of our lives. Ruth also is present with clients as a Spiritual Practitioner for those who want Spirit as the primary focus. From a coaching format, she supports clients in being present and active in their lives today and tomorrow. Ruth is a playful and creative facilitator for a variety of personal growth and corporate audiences. When we remember who we are and who we're not, we can devote our energy to our intentions and live passionately.
